CoastCare Sydney is an NDIS provider founded and led by a Social Worker with more than nine years’ experience in the NDIS sector. We were founded on a simple but important insight: participants deserve providers who maintain manageable caseloads and deliver consistently high-quality support.
Too often, people receive great service at the start, only to hear from their provider again when things reach a crisis point. We set out to change that.
Our approach ensures that the same level of care is delivered from the very first meeting through to ongoing support. By staying closely connected, we’re able to identify potential issues early and prevent crises before they occur.
With a strong Social Work foundation, we take a holistic view of every individual. We work alongside each person to build their skills, confidence, and capacity to advocate for themselves.
