MENTORMATE GROUP THERAPY PROGRAM
We’re excited to announce the launch of our long-awaited MentorMate Group Therapy sessions, starting June 2025!
This 4-week, in-person program is designed to complement the existing MentorMate experience, offering young men a safe and supportive space to explore key areas such as trauma awareness, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and more. Each week focuses on a different theme, with sessions led by our qualified psychologists and counsellors.
Participants will gain practical tools, fresh insights, and take-home resources to support their growth—tools they can use in everyday life and alongside their mentors.
